Sam represented a seller of a commercial property and, when his client changed her mind after having executed a contract for sale, Sam was pretty rude and unprofessional about his failure to adequately represent the deal. Sam ultimately communicated that he did not fully investigate his client's authority and he "thought she had total power on this deal." And later was polite enough to remind us before the scheduled closing that "Like I said from the beginning she is not selling. As if. Month ago when you were informed you knew this. The other seller will not sign off on the sale and never will."Sam's failure to adequately investigate the property he was marketing to sell cost us valuable time and money. And Sam's lack of professionalism in his efforts to gloss over his/his client's misrepresentation of authority and/or breach of contract for sale were extremely disappointing. Beware.
